Leasing Manager Job:
We are a leading Property Management company with an impressive portfolio of existing buildings and upcoming developments. These include shopping malls, commercial buildings, residential towers. We are looking for Leasing professionals with expertise and knowledge of local markets, rentals and management. The person should be able to undertake market surveys, search prospective tenants for all categories of properties. Establish a network of relationships with international franchises.Implement a prospective tenants database for all properties. The candidate should have proven skills in leasing. Remuneration will not be a constraint and will depend on experience.
