This is a unique opportunity to join a large reputable group and contribute your solid expertise in Oil and Gas trading!You will be reporting to the Director Business Development and take full responsibility of initiating and leading the marketing and trading activities of the petroleum products from the Group's refineries and 3rd party supply source in order to generate maximum profit as per the approved Trading Plan through the implementation of the strategies planned.Your main responsibilities will include Prepare and obtain approval of the Trading Plan, Key Strategies and Initiatives that contains the volume and profit target to be achieved during the year. Also to address the limitations, areas of concerns that may hinder the execution of the trading plan. The trading plan should include realistic volume target and anticipated profitloss, market areas that will be focused on and also the strategies need to be implemented to make it a reality. To generate maximum profit that is made possible by trading activities of petroleum products and other energy commodities as per that approved Trading Plan To maximize profit from the marketing of the oil products from the refineries To monitor and ensure the performance of the team members and the execution of the trading transactions are on course so that the target set forth in the Trading Plan can be met Monitor the development of the market, geopolitical events, supply and demand scenario, changes in rules and regulation, new projects etc so that the trading opportunity can be identified. This will enable to team to venture into as many profitable trading activities as possible To createenhance new businessexisting business that will strengthen company's position in the marketthe relationship with the clientsDealing with shipping companies in the initial stage for price fixing
