Key Responsibility Area:-
The candidate should be able to accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, implementing sales plans, identifying and understanding consumer requirements, maintaining client relations and providing innovative services in the area of IT solution sales, concept sales and ERP product sales. The candidate would be a part of the Sales Organization and will be reporting directly to VP- Sales and Business Strategy.
Skill and Experience Requirements:-

* Should have sound knowledge and experience of Solution sales and Concept sales for IT and ERP products and services.
* Should have around 8 years of experience in IT companies
* Should be able to work in a target driven environment.
* Should have very good English Communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Knowledge of the local languages essential
* Should have good analytical and problem -solving skills
* Must be keen with utmost attention to details.
* Should be able to communicate well with customers from diverse backgrounds.
* Should have excellent client servicing skills
* Should be innovative and posses the ability to think out of the box
* Should have good planning and organizational skills
* Knowledge of computers is a must.
