Position Title : Manager (Sales & Marketing) - Tower Crane
Position Based At : Bangalore (open to relocate in Bangalore)
Qualification : B.E. (Mechanical)
Experience : 07 to 10 years post qualification experience
Age Group : 30 to 42 years
Job Description
* Heading the marketing & sales division for allotted region.
* Independently devising strategy for marketing & sales function for tower crane in middle against the other major players.
* Conceptualizing and developing the product positioning activities inline of the business plans.
* Develop customer base in construction segment & develop dealer base for Tower Crane sales & service.
* Customer Relationship Management with key client base.
* Finalization & closure of business deals and the co-ordination required thereof.
* Market Intelligence by keeping close track of competitors" advantages, disadvantages, costing and clients.
* Keeping the management abreast with the comparisons and suggesting necessary changes to the marketing strategy for capturing market share.
* Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures of the company. Adapt at understanding interdependent relationships between technical and business issues.
* Organizing and participating in major events on behalf of the company and continuously improving & developing market communication tools (viz. brochures, catalogues, product information on website etc.)

* Adaptability to change
* Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills
* Presentation skills
* Ability to quickly analyze competitive intelligence and data points for strategic planning purposes
* Commercial & negotiation skills
