The Position: E-Recruitment is the all encompassing term that transcends other areas of IT where systems and/or technology is a key component of the attraction, identification and recruitment strategy to hire staff. The post holder will therefore be fully accountable across the spectrum of all recruitment processes on IT matters. This includes accountability for the maintenance, efficiency and ongoing effectiveness of the Emirates Group Careers Website and other associated e-Recruitment/e-Workflow processes, including the identification and recommendation of recruitment initiatives, systems and websites that support the department's e-Recruitment strategy. Interviewing will also be an additional responsibility on an occasional project by project basis.
