REQUIREMENT :

Job Description:- Quantity Surveyor for their Infrastructure & Communication Project Division

Capable of managing the various work items comprising of Taking off Quantities, contractual terms / conditions, technical specifications / commercial terms and bill of quantities.
Preparing the monthly and quarterly construction cost reports (CCR) and submit to senior management.
Capable of handling change notifications / change requests / change orders & back charge orders for variations and go for monthly invoices and certifying the quantity reports and invoice of sub contractors and vendors.
Core capabilities in project planning, executing and controlling site execution activities as per the CLIENT approved schedules, drawings, contract specifications etc.
Ensure that all site operations are executed efficiently and expeditiously in order to comply with the company construction policies and program specific to the contract requirements.
Evaluate project performance status with respect to time and cost budgets and report to the Project Manager/Corporate Management
Thorough in handling billing related formalities and documentation, liaise and coordinate with various govt. and statutory bodies to settle techno-commercial disputes / clarifications during the execution of the project.
Coordinate with Material Control, Field Control etc. for ensuring deployment / arranging resources such as materials, equipments and manpower as per the project schedule requirements
Strong leadership traits with the ability to bring out the best in others while creating a healthy and friendly work environment and attend weekly/daily coordination meeting with CLIENT, consultant, etc
